Eve's Chia nut energy balls!
It's been a while since my last recipe, with all the hard racing going on at the moment, I thought it would be a great idea to share this recipe for 'RACE FUEL'.
They take 5 mins to make (and a bit more to wash up after - including 'licking the bowl' of course).
Ingredients for 18 balls:-
96 Cals, Fat 6g, Carbs 7g, Protein 2.5g
120g dates (pitted)
25g Chia seeds
1 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Blend the nuts first, then add the rest & blend well
Ball them up in your hands, then chill them in the fridge for 30 mins - lick your fingers & the bowl!
